Patrick Noel Daly (PND) is moving his business to New Jersey to support NJ and the entire Tri-State area.
Having met business and political leaders in the NY/NJ region, Patrick Noel expressed his wish to help
businesses and entrepreneurs to found and grow their businesses both locally and globally, and he has now
created centers in the region where new entrepreneurs and growing businesses can receive advice,

Patrick Noel’s aim is to make the process of starting or growing businesses easy for new and aspiring
entrepreneurs. He says “understanding what needs to be done, cutting to the chase and finding the right
support is the key to getting results. There are so many support agencies out there and willing to help, but it’s
difficult for entrepreneurs and businesses to know which door to knock on. We make that easy. We will assess
your business quickly and suggest the best support and routes for you to take. We do this all free of charge. I
remember having to walk that hard road of starting up and growing businesses and I want to give back to help
others to navigate that.”
PND is the friendly “boots on the ground” type of adviser and supporter and he loves to give back to help
others. He volunteer mentors internationally, and last year began mentoring with iCorps National Science
Foundation, USA. He does this work in his spare time and free of charge because he is looking to give back to
those starting out. He is the lead adviser at his global company, Icon Global Innovations, and thrives in his
keeping a positive, productive, and entrepreneurial attitude. He is a "roll up the sleeves" and just get it done
type of guy.
Patrick Noel has over 20 years of international business experience, commercial development, product
development, procurement, and sales experience. He has a network of local and international contacts to help
develop your business, fix a problem, or to drive sales and growth either directly or through partnering with
other businesses. He has developed and licenses his own inventions and products for many years, and he has
